Welcome to Troop 68!

Troop 68 was established in 2018 by Scout Master Kevin Keane. Scouting America Troops 68B & G are family-friendly troops open to boys and girls Grades 5-12

The aim of Scouting is to build character, foster citizenship and develop moral and physical fitness. Scouting instills in youth the values found in the Scout Oath and Scout Law. 

Our troop works hard to provide a positive experience for everyone at every level.  We use the outdoors to teach scouts to share responsibilities and to live with one another.  This is where the skills learned and practiced during our Troop meetings are utilized. 

A majority will say that they like our troop because they like hiking or camping.  We use this interest in the outdoors to help them learn independence, gain self-confidence in themselves, and learn to appreciate the world we share.  3/4 of Scouting is Outing!  This is why we try to utilize the outdoors with our programing all year long.  The future of our scouting world is here and we are excited to have you a part of it.
